Step by stepHow to Connect Nexle to Facebook Messenger
The whole flow happens inside your Nexle dashboard with Facebook's own login window.
Open Integrations in your Nexle dashboard
Go to your agent, open the Integrations tab, find Facebook Messenger, and click Connect.
Log in with Facebook
A Facebook window asks you to authorise Nexle. This grants the page-messaging permissions Nexle needs to read and reply to your page's Messenger conversations.
Choose the page to connect
If you manage several pages, pick the one your agent should answer for. You can review what's connected at any time.
Review and confirm
Accept the terms and confirm. Nexle subscribes to your page's incoming messages and the connection goes live immediately.
Send a test message
Message your page from a personal account. Your agent replies as the page, using the same knowledge it uses on your website.
You stay in control of the inbox
Connecting Nexle doesn't lock you out of Messenger — your team can still read every conversation and jump in from the page inbox whenever a personal reply is needed. Disconnect the page from your Nexle dashboard at any time.
